On January 17, 2024 the SDMHA Executive approved the revisions to the online Policy and Procedures Manual.
Highlighted changes included but not limited to: term Board of Directors changed to Executive Committee, Police Checks, Vulnerable Sector Screening and Criminal Defense Affidavit responses upload into individual Spordle accounts instead of a designated Professional screening person, increased use of Affiliated Players (AP) from 5 games to 10 games, removed references to Novice/Atom/Peewee/Bantam/Midget, removed references to Seasonal passes and collection of gate fees, removed references to post dated cheques, added equipment requirements for U9 and below programing, and added U9 switch from shared ice to full ice
