Setup:
Please be at the arena 1 hour prior to game time to setup (table & sign) to collect gate fees
(sign is in Janitor room by Green pad if it is not out already).
MUST BRING YOUR OWN FLOAT ($40 in $1, $2, $5, & $10 should be fine)
Cash box with summary sheet & envelopes are located in Canteen on fridge.
Admission:
*Adults $3, Children over 12 & Seniors $2
*Season passes (blue tags) are $30-single pass, $50-family pass (2 tags), $20-senior pass & $30 senior family pass (2 tags)
cheques payable to SDMHA (Record names of those purchasing passes in book)
Tags: Blue are free entry to regular season games White are sponsor tags and good for any game.
Coaching Staff just have to sign in they do not have to pay (for either team)
End of Gate Duty:
Once finished with gate (once the game starts), take your initial float out.
On front of envelope, please put our team name (Novice Grey), game time and your name so they know that our team did do gate duty.
If there is extra change sell it to the canteen so that there isn't a lot of change in envelope, as it won't fit in the box upstairs.
If you do not show up for your gate duty, our team is fined! If you are unable to do your gate duty it is YOUR responsibility to switch with someone else!
