You're Invited!! SDMHA Special Meeting
You are invited to attend a membership meeting on December 15, 2026 @ 7pm in the Westcast Room at the Gemini Sportsplex. Your participation is essential to ensure that our programming reflect the collective interest of our "membership" community.
Our agenda will include the acceptance of our newly approved constitution as voted at the 2025 AGM. Our constitution was legal and compliant as of 1991. There were a number of updates the membership voted on and passed. Our part in compliance is to gather the membership to announce the completion of amendments and vote to accept the lawyers revision of the update.
SDMHA values your time and would like to take advantage of the meeting. We would like to announce some changes happening to support the sustainability of our programming. These changes came at the request of our membership. Resulting in the announcement of our new jersey & apparel supplier. Our presentation, discussion will be followed by a vote to allow for membership to be a part of our brand and future.
