The Top 10 Hockey Administration Questions:

2. Strathroy & District Minor Hockey Association (SDMHA) Teams play in two leagues, the "Shamrock League" for Rep and AE Teams, and the Lambton Middlesex Local League for the Local League Teams.

3. The Strathroy & District Minor Hockey Association (SDMHA) Executive Board meets monthly at the Gemini Sportsplex see the "Events Calendar" for meeting dates and times.

4. Jeff Ewing is the Equipment Manger for SDMHA, [email protected].  If your Team is in need of goaltender equipment, pucks, water bottles, or medical kit supplies, Jeff will be happy to assist you.

5. Each Team is to have a Tournament Representative designated.  The name of the Team Tournament Representative needs to be forwarded to Amber Boake, [email protected]

6. Completed "Cash Calendar" draw stubs are to placed into the black drop box outside of the SDMHA Office on the 2nd floor of the Gemini Sportsplex by Dec 31st. If you have not received your Cash Calendars please contact Amber Boake, [email protected]

7. If you are a winner of a Cash Calendar Draw, your cheque will be mailed to you within 14 to 28 days after the draw date.  If you have not received your cheque, please contact Amber Boake, [email protected]

8. Gate Admissions must be collected for every League or Exhibition Game.  Please ensure that the designate from your Team is tending the gate 1 hour before game time.  Working the gate is not considered volunteer time for your refund, it is a Team duty organized by your Team's Manager.

9. Please ensure that the SDMHA Gate Admission Sign is returned to the closet outside the Green Pad after the last gate of the night.

10. Looking for your volunteer refund cheque? Please ensure that you personally sign the "Volunteer Event Log" for each event so your hours can be tracked. Contact the Event Organizer to ensure that your volunteer hours were submitted, and then contact Amber Boake, [email protected].
