If you have a child who wishes to play for SDMHA as a MITE Player you can still follow our registration link to register. There is NO LATE FEE's for Mite players. Payments are still dropped off to myself at 146 Beech Street. A copy of your childs birth certificate needs to be included with your payment if you are a NEW PLAYER. Thanks so much! 

Registration for current players has CLOSED. If you are a current player and DID NOT get registered or registered and did not drop your payments off you will now be charged a $150 Late fee per family. You will only be able to register through me personally. If you are a NEW PLAYER to SDMHA please contact me at [email protected] and I will email you a registration form. Thank you to all members that completed their registration and promptly dropped their payments off. Its a very BUSY time and I appreciate that. 

Current members please remember you only have 6 days left to complete your registration and drop off your $150.00 deposit with your post dated cheques/cash to myself no later than Saturday May 11/2013. Our NEW On-line Coaching Application is now available for the upcoming 2013-2014 hockey season. All interested Coaches (Rep, AE and Local League) are asked to complete an application. Please see link below.
