I apologize for the late start to communication. I am having some trouble getting all of the teams contact information, so first I would like to ask that you send me the following: (

I will be setting up the team in the SportsHeadz App. We will use this for chats/communication throughout the year. The app link can be found on the SDMHA website. Once I have all of the contact information, I will import the roster and an invite will be sent to your email.
The coaches and myself would like to have a parent meeting at 6:30pm Sunday -- before practice.
I will require the medical forms and offer of commitment at that time. You can print these documents from the website and bring them filled out, or I will have copies with me as well.
I have looked into some tournaments, the dates currently are:
South Huron Regional Silverstick -- Nov 15-17, 2024 -- WAITLISTED
Tillsonburg Max Partlo Memorial -- December 6-8, 2024 -- REGISTERED
Please let me know if you are unable to make any of these dates.
Lastly, we are looking at an away tournament that will fall on Family Day Weekend. Could please indicate if you are able to make an away tournament that weekend when you send your contact information. The dates are: Feb 14th-16th, 2025
These tournaments fill up quickly so please send this information to me as soon as you are able.
