Team Communication
Welcome to the U18 LL Red Team. We are very excited for this upcoming season, but first lets get some quick housekeeping out of the way.

For team communication I plan to use the free app Heja. The team code is JC-211648. Alternatively, you can text me (519-671-4132) and I will add you. I will be posting all important updates, information, documents, reminders and payments required on the app. Remember, everyone can see your communications so please be respectful.
We ask ALL players to download and use this app. We know many are busy with school, jobs and other commitments so we plan to use Heja to know how many players will be at practices and games. We can not stress enough how important it is to have ALL players RSVP to games and practices so the coaches can plan accordingly. To RSVP just click on the “schedule” tab on the bottom left and click either going or not going.
We are registered in three tournaments. Two local and one away.
Jake Marczenko Memorial (Dorchester) November 25-27
John Henry Memorial (Strathroy) January 27-29
Bob Black Memorial (Durham) February 17-20.
Please let me know ASAP if you will be unable to attend. Once we have numbers I will be notifying you of the fees due. Please pay promptly as they have already been paid for. We already have blocks of rooms held for the tournament and the link will be provided. I have been informed we have to book all hotel roooms for the tournament through Event Connect. I will be posting that link on Heja due to privacy reasons.
Finally, I am looking for a couple parents who are interested in volunteering to earn their volunteer money back. If you are, get a hold of me ASAP as the spots are limited and it will be on a first come first serve basis.
