Dry Land Training at Northern Black Dragon

Your team bench staff would like you to participate in Dry Land training.
This is being offered every Thursday night at Northern Black Dragon.
Admission is $10 per child per visit.
Class begins at 7pm sharp and runs for 1 hour.
If your child needs a ride please do not hesitate to let one of the bench staff know.
