Tournaments, baskets & Fees
Good Morning everyone,

We are all registered for our two tournaments:
West Lorne Black & Gold Tournament: November 20th-22nd (no hotels required)
Riverside Family First Tournament: February 12th-14th (I have hotel information to pass along as well)

We split all the fees of tournaments equally amongst the players going to the tournaments (which I have already paid on our behalf).  Ideally I'd like to have the money collected by the end of the October, if this is not doable, just reach out to me and we can work out a time frame.

In addition, we have to create 2 baskets to donate to the association - one for John Henry tournament in December & one for the online auction.  We have found in the past it is easiest to gather $10 per family and create those baskets with the funds.

I need $100 per family this includes:
West Lorne registration: $47
Riverside Family First registration: $43
Baskets: $10

Riverside Family First Tournament Info:
I will send out the hotel booking information for Riverside Family First tournament in Windsor.  We are staying at the Hampton Inn by Hilton on Huron-Church Road.  Its about 15 mins to the WFCU Centre where all our games are played.  It is a newer hotel and it has a pool, hot breakfast included.  They will only give out a "package" of rooms.  I'd ask that if you have a smaller family going you occupy the single King rooms or King Suites if possible (King Studio $117, King Suite $122, Double Queen $122).  Also, sometimes grandparents like to come etc and in our room block we do have extra rooms blocked off.  After the team members book, you are welcome to extend that to grandparents if they are wanting to come down for the weekend.  In a couple months time, I will arrange some sort of team dinner for Friday or Saturday whether its a potluck or we bring food in (Valentine's weekend so going out might be a little chaotic).  Family day weekend has always been a great time to get away and will be our only "away" tournament of the season.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me!
