Please have players there at least 35 minutes prior to the game - All parents are to be out of the dressing room 10 minutes before game time for the coaches pep-talk.

I would like to welcome and thank Melissa Jones for stepping up as our teams Parent Rep! Melissa will be attending monthly meetings on our teams behalf and will work as a liaison between the board, parents and coaches. We appreciate you volunteering your time!
We are still needing a volunteer for our teams 'Parent Tournament Rep'. If you are looking for a way to get your volunteer deposit back, this is a great way to do so! Please come see me at tomorrow's game if you would like to volunteer or have any questions about the position.
Float & Donation Dues:
We are asking each player to pay $10.00 to help create a rotating float for gate duty. This will be managed by myself. A gate schedule will be posted as soon as all contact information is collected. The $10.00 will go towards a year end BBQ or pizza party for all of the families.
As well, for our teams donations of 2 gift baskets and 3-5 raffle prizes that are mandatory - we are asking for a $10.00 donation from each player to offset the costs. This will be managed by our Parent Tournament Rep. (TBD)
Please bring $20.00 to cover these matters to me ASAP!
