The hockey season is upon us and we are thrilled to have your child on our team...
At our first practice on Saturday September 27th we will be having a short parent meeting as soon as the kids go on the ice, in the dressing room. Atleast one parent is expected to be there.
In addition, I will have a table set up to do the following (either before or during practice):
- Fill out the OMHA & Medical forms and give them back to me.
- Hand out your gate tags, gate schedule and envelopes for these season. Gate policies & procedures can be found here:
-Gate Collection Policy/Procedures Please familiarize yourself with this so you know how gate is run. Please let me know if you have any questions.
- I will have my laptop there to enter all your contact/cell phone info into my spreadsheet and I'll make everyone a contact sheet afterwards.

We have one team (away) tournament booked for February 13th-15th which is family day weekend. Details on this will follow over the next week when I get our hotel accommodations finalized. Tournament fee for this per family will be $50 payable to myself. At some point we may book one more local tournament or a day tournament as we see how our schedule is.
Normally we'd be asking for volunteers for John Henry & the new Parent Rep role but we are lucky to have both filled already with Jason & Kerry Bos for the John Henry & Cindy Derbyshire for Parent Rep. Thank you both!
