Hello Parents,
Please bring to Sundays game the forms that were handed to you at our first practice. These forms include: the medical forms and the concussion form.
Also if you have not already submitted the funds for the Windsor tournament please do so no later then Sunday October 31st. Again the fee is $75.00 per player and can be e-transferred to
[email protected] or cash can be brought to Sundays game and give to either our trainer Jessica or our Manager Jamie.
